Rouder has developed a GPS tracker that allows you to track the location of your car with an accuracy of 10 to 50 cm. With this tracker, you can have a detailed overview of a car: speed, lane, parking spot, turns, stops, etc.
GPS trackers are installed on the cars of the Rouder platform users to collect information about their routes and transfer it to the database.
To make tracking even more accurate, Rouder integrates data from GPS trackers into the existing basic maps developed by our partners. Customer cars are equipped with many GPS trackers, which allows for the high map granularity and updates.
Thanks to the rich database with tracking data for cars and users, Rouder’s HD maps have a huge advantage over competitors and are very popular among independent suppliers of self-driving solutions.
Our goal is to achieve highly accurate route tracking and real-time map updates for self-driving cars without LiDAR on board.
